Creating A Workout Plan To Correct Your Posture
Once we determine the areas of imbalance, we can create a customized exercise program for you. We tailor these exercises to your current ability level. Every exercise is modifiable, where we can make it easier or harder if we need to. You are an important part in the intake process. We value our clients' unique needs, and adjust our training according to those needs.
Getting back into balance is a straightforward process. We assess your current posture, ability, and core strength. Then we create a program for you. How you follow that program is up to you.
