We specialize in creating a balanced fitness programs for our clients including core strength, weightlifting, cardio. In addition we have athletic programs that are perfect for high school athletes in college athletes.

Customized ProgramsEach client's program is customized to achieve optimal results. My Core Balance has 5 levels of fitness. As the client progresses through the levels, workouts get progressively more demanding.
Level 1: Pre-Core The Pre-Core Level introduces the body to basic balancing exercises. The goal is to systematically stabilize the core muscles of the body so that you can keep your body in an aligned position without external help. Level 2: Core Balance The Core Balance level is the backbone of the My Core Balance program. It teaches the body to move from the center first, and the extremities second. The core consists of the hips, shoulders, and torso. The goal of this level is for your core to become the strongest part of your body. Level 3: Weights and Cardio The Weights level includes external weights, plus lifting your own body weight. The goal of this level is to build lean muscle mass for increased strength and to facilitate a faster metabolism. The goal of the cardio level is to progressively increase intensity to get the body to respond by improving heart and lung efficiency, and shedding excess body fat. Level 4: Athletics Athletes are not born, they are made. Athleticism can be trained. The goal of the Athletics level is to get the client into sport specific activities that help them excel in their sport. |
