Determining The Cause Of Your Pain

Our personal training program uses our unique Core Balance assessment as the foundation. Not only is it an assessment tool, but it's a great workout too. It's the best way to get targeted results quickly. Once we determine what is causing your imbalances, we can create your program to help you create balance in your body. The result of this is usually eliminating back pain, neck pain, hip and knee pain. 

Have you ever noticed that you can identify people by their posture? Even when they are far away or they have their back turned toward you. Everyone's body responds differently to our sedentary world, which is why a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. Your customized program addresses your exact imbalances, and gives you the specific corrective exercises that you need to reverse those imbalances.

Creating A Workout Plan To Correct Your Posture

Once we determine the areas of imbalance, we can create a customized exercise program for you. We tailor these exercises to your current ability level. Every exercise is modifiable, where we can make it easier or harder if we need to. You are an important part in the intake process. We value our clients' unique needs, and adjust our training according to those needs.

Getting back into balance is a straightforward process. We assess your current posture, ability, and core strength. Then we create a program for you. How you follow that program is up to you. You can come in 2 or 3 days per week and we can help you, or you can take it home and work on it. See our different 
plans and pricing and decide which option is right for you.
