Intro Program

There are many places you could exercise. You could get a $15 membership and go to a big box gym. But most people in our society have a unique problem: that we are sitting so much during the day. Our necks and backs are getting tight. You want to be fit, right? But if you're perfectly honest with yourself, when you go to exercise you think, “yes I would love to be fit but I would REALLY love to get rid of this neck pain first!”

At My Core Balance, we help people achieve all their health and fitness goals without injuring themselves. We help you do this with very little to no equipment. So you can do this anywhere with just your bodyweight in your living room, at your desk, on your road trip.

Sitting is more damaging to your body than manual labor. Sitting has been called the new smoking, and all these taglines, but the bottom line is you are not moving your body enough to keep your musculoskeletal system healthy.

This lack of movement causes other things to break down. The worst thing you could do is just go to the gym and start lifting weights.

We get this question a lot: what about yoga? Yoga will take you to what we consider level four or five. There's a whole foundation you need to do before you should even attempt to do a downward dog.

Our program is a series of online modules that takes you from zero, completely imbalanced and in pain, and progresses you up through levels one, two, three, and beyond. By the time you get to level three you're doing some still basic movements but are a little more complicated. These modules are largely self-paced and you can do them on your own.

You want to do these five days a week comma each workout in this trial program is about 20 minutes long. Ideally, the full length version is about 45 minutes, but these will get you started.

No pain no gain, no way. This workout is all about staying within your comfortable range of motion. Believe it or not, you don't need more to get results.

For over a decade, I've had a personal training studio in the Silicon Valley area in California. I've helped hundreds of people one-on-one achieve great results. Now, I'm turning my attention toward helping more people through these online programs.

This is not crazy cardio workout that you just plug in and follow along. This is an educational program that relies on you taking responsibility for your own health and fitness and progression. There is no one-size-fits-all program. We are personal trainers. We've seen everything under the sun with how people respond to fitness programs. With an online module, you need to be able to take the responsibility for yourself to the next level.

We've helped bodybuilders fix imbalances. We've helped desk workers is there back pain. We've helped yogis who were actually too flexible.  Bottom line:  My Core Balance is a systematic program that works.
