During this episode I talk about my experience with back pain. And I also talk about how I was able to reverse it.

When I was just 13, I was warming up for my basketball practice, and I felt like someone hit my lower back with a baseball bat. My coach walks by and says, "it'll never be the same again." This was the start of my 10-year battle with back pain.

Aha moment - Coach was right, in a sense. Once you hurt yourself that much, you never will be the same again. But... He was also wrong. Because it is possible to correct your balance and allow your body to restore itself back to its original design.

How to apply this in your life
My Core Balance is a solution to this, a way to restore your body to its original design. We were meant to be balanced. And when we restore ourselves, we can again move like we did when we were kids.
