In this episode I talk about how to pass the Baseline level. The Baseline is our signature program, and the foundational pre-requisite for lifting weights or for body weight workouts.
By committing to doing the Baseline 3 to 5 days per week (or more) you'll take a huge step in your fitness level. These are demanding yet balancing workouts.
Focus on the challenging exercises until they are just as easy as the other ones.
