In this episode I talk about the first few steps that you should do in your nutrition journey. Remember to keep it simple, and if you "fail" just keep going.
Beginning in 2006, I started reading and experimenting with different types of nutrition. I've read over 50 books, and tried many different types of "diets" in order to understand how food affects us.
For you, realize that this whole nutrition game is a process, and you'll never be perfect.
Today I will be giving you a shopping list to take to the store. This list is also printed here so you can print it out.
Why is this important?
There is so much mis-information out there, and it's unfortunate. This information that I give is from my own experience in nutrition, and the results that I have attained.
Step 1: Clean out your pantry of the "red" and "yellow" foods (see list here)
Step 2: Go shopping for all the "green" foods (same list)
Get to work. Try it out for yourself, and be able to speak about nutrition from personal experience.
