Hip Mobility Workshop
Every athlete needs to have mobile hips. Mobility includes strength and flexibility. As your center of gravity, your hips actually initiate every movement. Any movement that does not start at the hips will not be as strong as it could be. The Hip Mobility Workshop is 2 times per week for 4 weeks (8 days total).
Perfect for athletic teams, martial arts facilities, community centers, and retirement centers.

Day 3 - Using Muscles
Day 4 - Planes of Motion
Day 5 - Injury Prevention
Day 6 - Posture
Day 7 - Integrating Breathing
Day 8 - Stretching and Strengthening AT THE SAME TIME!
