What it is:
100 exercises are chosen at random. This is a four-part test, each test consisting of 25 questions. The prospective trainer is verbally asked questions by a Lead Trainer, while they are standing in the middle of the training floor. The Lead Trainer says, "How do you do ________ (name of exercise)?" The prospective trainer then takes the Lead Trainer step-by-step through the exercise.
How to study:
Study every single exercise. Know (and be able to apply) all the "sound bites" in every exercise.
Required to pass:
The trainer must identify all 100 exercises perfectly. The trainer should be able to explain how to do all of the exercises in the Core Balance system, including all Posture, Core, Balance, Stability, Strength, Weights, and Cardio units. The trainer should be able to identify how to do the exercise, how to correct form, how to cue a client, and what the exercise actually does.
