What it is:
A Lead Trainer asks the prospective trainer questions verbally. The prospective trainer can answer by speaking, by drawing, or by showing the LT physically. The Lead Trainer would ask something like, "show me scapulae retraction." "What does proximal mean?" The questions test the prospective trainer's ability to "speak the lingo." This is not necessarily the way you would speak to a client, but it's imperative to know just in case you come across a client who is very educated in anatomy.
