What it is:
The "Baseline" refers to three units: Posture, Core, and Balance. Each "bracket" in these units is divided up into three exercises, a beginner (1 point), intermediate (2 points), and advanced (3 points). To get points, you must be able to perform the exercise with perfect form for one minute (on both sides if it's a two-sided exercise). You will receive a score from each bracket, which is your level. After completing the unit, you take the average score of the exercises performed.
How to study:
Do the highest level exercise in each bracket for the entire Posture, Core, and Balance unit. This entire workout should take you one hour per day. Download the Posture unit, Core unit, and Balance unit
Required to pass:
A 2.5 score on each of the three units.
