Before we assess a client, it is important to get their goal so that you know where they want to go with the program and so that the client knows what they are trying to achieve with the exercises. You want the goals to be specific.
There are 3 goals for each client.
-Came in with pain
-Wants to get out of pain
-Limited ROM due to pain
-Level 1 Hips, Shoulders and Core exercises and settlers (static back, tower)
B. Pain-Free Fitness
-May have some pain/wants to maintain a pain-free body
-Wants to lose fat or gain muscle tone/mass
-Wants to do "harder" exercises/workouts
-Level 1/2 Hips, Shoulders and Core
-Level 1/2 Full Body, Upper Body Resistance and Lower Resistance
-Has no pain
-Full ROM of all joints
-Level 2/3 Hips, Shoulders and Core
-Level 2/3 Full Body, Upper Body Resistance, Lower Body Resistance
-Level 1/2/3 Body Weight
