What it is:
A Lead Trainer walks into the room at an unannounced time, pretending to be a client. The prospective trainer greets them and answers all their questions. Keep in mind that the LT can also surprise the prospective trainer with a phone call, too.
How to study:
Become more familiar with the questions that potential clients normally ask. You can find these on the FAQ page on the website. Also, be able to have real conversations with people about what we do, some ideas can be found here.
Required to pass:
The prospective trainer must satisfactorily answer all questions during the visit. They must do this three times.
