Most trainers just fall back onto what they used to do themselves and not what the client needs based off of their goals and abilities. This will result in slow progress or even injury. Following the assessment and putting them on the Level they need and the modifications for them will set them on a path to success.
When they first come in, you do an assessment: DAY 1 -Goals-Posture-Pelvic Tilt Angle- Weight-BF%-"Before" Pictures-Heart Rate- and Exercises for Hips, Shoulders, Core. DAY 2- Run through the Hips, Shoulders, Core for their Level-Now go through the Full Body, Lower Resistance and Upper Resistance.
