I have been doing a lot of carbs and not feeling that great. So that's why I'm looking into some better options. Plus when all the bodybuilders talk about gaining muscle mass they say that you always gain fat with the muscle (but that's when you're doing lots of carbs). It seems silly that they're all getting fat in order to get jacked. Logically it seems like fat would be a better way. Plus my allergy test basically showed that my body loves protein and fat and is not a big fan of carbs (unless they come from greens). I think that's the primitive blood type O.
