This is easy. If you're craving carbs, EAT CARBS!!!
Here's an example: today I did a crazy workout. Afterwards I was absolutely craving some carbs. The reason? My body needs them. So I loaded up my plate with beets, and the other with carrots. Both are starchy root vegetables with above-average carbohydrate counts.
Notice the absense of bread? None needed! Dairy? Nope. Keep it simple, keep it natural. And when you're craving carbs, listen to your body and eat some: in the form of fruits and veggies.
