Sometimes the simplest workout is the best. Try this: take 3 exercises (1 upper body, 1 lower body, and 1 full body conditioning exercise like sprints). Now alternate among the three of those, going full speed, for 1 minute at a time. Then rest for 1 minute. Do this for 30 minutes and you’ll be exhausted. Tell me how it goes.
