There is a saying that I recently made up, that I've been saying a lot to clients recently:

Think about the power of doing just a little bit every single day. It adds up quickly adds up. Thinking about the big picture is almost unnecessary when you think about little bites. How do you eat a full meal? By taking one bite at a time. It's the same thing with your fitness goals. Expect small gains daily, then when you look back you'll see a huge improvement.
