The reason I post this is because before the workout I was feeling like I had ADD and "restless leg syndrome" (that's in parentheses because I still don't think it really exists). Anyway, I felt like moving so I did.

Don't feel like you have to know everything. Just get started. Do what feels good. Do what you know, and occasionally try some new stuff (with light weight until you learn it better).
