I'm trying something new for my during-workout drink, and so far I'm loving it!
I made my own sports drink, and it's very simple to do.
I fill up a water bottle with...water. Then add a few tablespoons of maple syrup, a few pinches of sea salt, and some lemon. With the drink I'm also taking a branch chain amino acid (BCAA) supplement.
I must say I feel great so far, and it's a lot cheaper and healthier than the alternatives.
