Tonight I'm juicing 6 pounds of carrots and 2 pounds of celery. Delicious and nutritious.
Alright, if you're not juicing... why aren't you juicing?!? The nutritional value is amazing. Drink it right before you eat, and you'll notice a decrease in appetite. You'll also notice that you have much more energy throughout the day. I use Jack's Power Juicer, just about a hundred bucks online. Very worth it! Go get yourself a juicer and get going.

This was delicious. Super healthy too. Wild caught pollock and broccoli cooked in ghee. Sweet potatoes and bananas cooked in coconut oil.
Keepin' it simple: grilled salmon with some lightly fried (in ghee) kale. Very balanced according to our Perfect Portions methodology, maybe just missing some more carbohydrates, but they are not necessarily needed.
