It's summer and you need ice cream! Most ice cream, however, is not healthy. And the "healthy" ice creams at the store don't taste good. Plus they're not really healthy, they're just not as bad as the bad stuff.
This recipe is just fruit:
- Young Thai coconut meat (plus enough of the water to get it to blend in a blender)
- 2 bananas
- 1 avocado
That's it. Seriously easy!
Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you have an ice cream maker pour it in and let it run for 30 minutes. If you don't have an ice cream make you can drink it like a smoothie. But you should get an ice cream maker! They are about $30 at Target. But it will still taste amazing without one.
