He has spent the last few years creating and perfecting his workout system, which integrates the best of core, weights, and cardio in a simple-to-follow plan for clients.
Chris has always been interested in health and fitness, and realized in his early 20’s that he enjoyed helping others find the same success with their health.
He believes real success comes from sustained effort over time. The key is to build a quality program and stick to it.
