I've decided that the online program is going to take a slightly different path. Here are the highlights:
Programs will be "a la carte" as opposed to recurring. Instead of $18 per month for a buffet of workouts, I will be posting goal-specific programs up very soon, such as "Help I Threw Out My Back" and "Lifting Weights Without Lifting Weights."
