I liked this mornings workout. It worked well in the sense that I could pause it when you switched exercises since it takes longer for me to move around. The picture size was great and all the detailed explanation was excellent. In Table top I can't see myself so I can't tell if I'm doing ok. My shoulders may be a bit tight but I can get up for the most part.
I used the side of my bed for a wall although it wasn't high enough for my arm to be against but I pretended.
Is this how you plan on doing all the sessions now?
I'm hoping this coming weekend is your Saturday of choice as I have to work the following.

Enjoy the exercises. It would be best at the beginning of each exercise to say with the modifications are. That way somebody at the beginning level to know what to do and start and have the full time. There's people that are into the intermediate and advanced stages often times with know the exercises.
I like this it's recorded so I can do it on my own timing. I appreciate you telling what muscles are involved and how one should be feeling if done correctly or incorrectly.
