I liked this work out! The Fire hydrant burned my buns (LOL) in a good way. The hardest one for me was toward the end, the one that's like an inverted table but with the legs straight. I couldn't lift my butt too high. I guess that shows my weak core but it's getting better!
Great! Yes that is a hard exercise. It's mostly a window into your hamstring strength. Keep at it!
This was a grood work out for me. May be a bit much in rolling from side to side but I think that as part of the exercise. I enjoy that consistency and variety.
Remember you can always do that exercise on your mattress too, if it's an issue of the floor being too hard. Keep it up!
