I did this workout today, Wednesday since I started before 6. It helps me when at the tail end of one exercise you say whether we'll be standing or rolling over etc for the next exercise so I can prepare. You do do this sometimes already and I really appreciate it!!!
I did the static wall when you did the one like downward dog. Its tough on my wrists.
I liked this exercise group. I'm glad for the neck stretches too.
