I can't do this first exercise. My leg starts cramping up.
Is it possible that you could start each exercise if it were for Level One people? And then move to more difficult ways of doing it?For ex with the deep squat, I can't do it standing. I could've saved time by staying on the floor.
On the Twist Plank you didn't mention any easier option. I can't do it that way.
The Bear Claw exercise at the end I have difficulty with, I think mostly having to support my weight in my arms.
