  • We help walk you through SMART goals (specific, measurable, action-based, reasons, time-bound)

Progress at your own pace

  • There is a difference between guidance and force
  • Nobody is forcing you, just gently guiding you to your ideal fit body
  • Exercises, reps, sets, and speed are adjustable

Track Your progress

  • Tracking your specific goal allows you to forget about all the unimportant things
  • Beginning, half-way, and end point check-in to see progress
  • Track your weight, body fat percentage, measurements, heart rate, and exercise ability

  • 3 months goes by faster than you think, use that time to accomplish one or two very important goals
  • Gives you peace of mind, knowing you're going in the right direction
